With a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering and a diploma in Marketing Management, Gaurang was heading the marketing operations of the Indian subsidiary of leading US based instrumentation company. He was responsible for sales and marketing in India and neighboring Asian countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, etc. and Middle East. He was able to achieve a CAGR of 12% over 3 years for that company before joining the Rishabh group. He leads the Sales and Marketing team which offer the best engineering solutions for your business needs. |

Mr. Satyendrasinh Chauhan

| With more than 32 years of experience in the field of engineering, Satyendrasinh Chauhan brings immense knowledge and guidance to the team at Rishabh Engineering Services. After completion of his degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Chauhan got associated with Gujarat state Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (GSFC), one of India’s largest Integrated Fertilizer, petrochemical and Plastics plants. In his ensuring years, he gathered in depth knowledge of codes and standards in engineering and has provided various consultancy services in piping design, proposal engineering and detailed engineering to third party agencies as well. He retired from GSFC as a Deputy Manager in the Design Department and joined Rishabh in 2008. Under his guidance, no task is too difficult for the engineering team to accomplish. |

Mr. Satish Shah

| With a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and 38+ years of experience in Oil and Gas/ Power/Infrastructure/Energy, Mr. Satish Shah brings his valued project management skills to Rishabh. Mr. Shah's functional area expertise lie in Construction, Piping and layout engineering, selection of equipment machineries, operation and maintenance. He is fully conversant with Hazard evaluation/identification ,process hazrd analysis(HAZOP/HAZID), Risk, Failure modes evaluation and reliability improvements (FMEA/RCM). He is also experienced in process unit piping design related to compressor, turbine, HP pumps and heat exhange equipments in unit plant layout. Mr. Shah has worked in the capacity of an Executive Director and CEO with some leading fertilizers and petrochemical plants in India. Along with great piping related experience, Mr. Shah also is experienced in Infrastructure Management to ensure required inputs are fed to site to achieve project schedules. Mr. Shah's immense experience and team handling capabilities help any project achieve its targets. |

He has more than 35 years of experience in operation and efficiency of all the disciplines in the design office viz. Engineering, Project Management and Procurement with top companies like EIL, India and Jacobs Engineering, India. He excels in staff recruitment and under his guidance and overview, any client can be assured of timely completion of designs, requisitions, engineering deliverables and productivity. Along with the development and growth of Rishabh’s internal staff, Mr. Nagarsheth’s responsibilities lie in completion of projects within time, cost, safety and other stated performance parameters to deliver superior value to the client and lower total cost. |

| In his career span over 16 years, Ramesh Iyer has acquired immense experience in all aspects of accounting, finance management, audit, costing & secretarial matters. Ramesh is a Chartered Accountant, holds his degree in Accountancy & Auditing and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With managing accounting, finance and sales functions in top companies in the manufacturing domain, he now heads the Finance Division at Rishabh Engineering since 2006. He brings to the table his optimistic approach in life, strong work ethics, creative and innovative ideas and strong analytical abilities. All through these years, he has demonstrated hands on management style in the development and implementation of strategic plans to ensure company growth. |
