ENGAGEMENT MODELS

We offer multiple engagement models to meet diverse needs of global customers. Customer can choose from any one the generally accepted models below or a combination of them for different phases for any project. We work along with the customer to customize a model to address their specific needs. Any of these engagement models can be applied to our suite of services in ingenious ways for convenience and best value for money.
 
 
Resource Based Engagement
 
Resource based engagement is efforts based model, where project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed at our facility for your project. This engagement model is quite useful where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream. This model gives customer greater flexibility, in terms of
 
Developing the project specification on an ongoing basis.
Modifying the specifications based on the changing market needs.
Resource based flexibility, you can increase or decrease team size at a shorter notice.
 
In this model, pricing and billing is done based on Time and Material basis.
 
 
Dedicated Development Facility
 
A dedicated facility is an extension of the customer's own facility at our facility. Through this engagement model, we offer the best skill sets, resources, and time-to-market advantages by making sure to protect the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the customers. All rights to the IPR developed in the Development Facility remains with the customer.
 
The Dedicated Facility also provides a cost effective solution to customers requiring continuous offshore support. For such dedicated relationships, we also implement customer specific quality/process frameworks and teams are trained for the specific needs of a customer. In this model, pricing can be offered in two different ways, all expenses paid at actual plus retainer fees to us or on Time and Material basis.
 
Project based Engagement
 
This is a low risk option, which can be useful when the scope and specifications for the projects are reasonably clear. This engagement model, we offer fixed pricing based on given specification after using industry standard estimation technique and estimation tools to determine the efforts and duration required to complete the project. Our process optimization ensures reliability, predictability and optimized performance of the projects to deliver on time, on budget, on target. In this model, billing is done on achieving defined project specific milestones.
 
 
Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model
 
In the Build-Operate-Transfer Model, Rishabh Engineering launches a dedicated facility for the customer. This facility is like an extension of the customer's own facility. The dedicated facility leverages Rishabh Engineering’s technical infrastructure, processes, management and execution capabilities. The dedicated facility is staffed either by existing Rishabh Engineering’s resources or by Customer's resources or by resources hired specifically for engagement or a mix of them all. Rishabh Engineering can help customer with well-defined mechanism for the smooth transition of the facility to the customer.
